Total and Aramco would target one billion dollar sukuk to Dujail

The two partners have already mandated three banks for this operation to
finance part of their joint refinery

According to Bloomberg, Total and Aramco would have mandated Deutsche Bank,
Samba Financial Group and CA IPC to arrange a placement next to Islamic bonds (sukuk)
to finance the Saudi Jubail refinery.
